Happy Friday! Holly has friends visiting this weekend and Shauna is working at IIN’s conference!
Holly: There is a big music festival in Boise this week, similar to South by Southwest called Treefort. Part of the festival is YogaFort. I am so excited to take conference-style classes and mingle with the Boise yogis!
Shauna: My yoga studio moved into a new space – it’s gets tons of natural light and the morning classes are a treat.
H: This has always been a favorite blog of mine so I wasn’t surprised when I tried this recipe last week and loved it. It was so delicious that I am already planning the next time we’ll try it.
S: Nachos for dinner! A little quinoa, some black beans, avocado, tomatoes, and some chips and you have a fun 20-minute meal for busy nights.
H: I didn’t pay much attention last weekend when Beauty & the Beast was released, but during a tired couple of hours at work this week, I listened to the soundtrack and it got me really excited to watch the movie. The songs reminded me of my childhood dance years – I’ve always been a sucker for a musical!
S: Holly’s idea to use mantras as passwords – such an easy, empowering tip!
