Turmeric. I can’t get enough of it, I’ve been putting it all over everything — salads, sweet potatoes, avocados, eggs, even my corn on the cob.

I’ve been really into the idea of Korean Temple food recently. Among other things, they abstain from using garlic, onion, green onion, spring onion, or leek—all ingredients with strong qualities that are believed to disturb concentration.
