Monday Mantra: Nothing Comes From Nothing

Shauna mentioned this mantra in Friday’s digs and it struck a cord with me, specifically because I spent the majority of last week surrounded by people who were committed to improvement and accomplishment. It was a quote from Thich Nhat Hanh and it read, “nothing comes from nothing.”
